TO ACCESS TO RUTGERS FILMMAKING EQUIPMENT

1) Submit an EQUIPMENT CHECKOUT CONTRACT
You only need to do this once at the beginning of the year

2) Submit an EQUIPMENT REQUEST FORM
***Allow at least one business-day for a confirmation email***
***Equipment pickup/returns on WEEKDAYS ONLY***

3) Sign Up for an EQUIPMENT PICKUP & RETURN APPOINTMENT
***All reservations require a timed appointment**

TO ACCESS TO RUTGERS FILMMAKING FACILITIES

COMPUTER LABS
All Civic Square Building computer labs are available for student use when classes are not in session. Log in using your NETID & password.
CSB 325B is a dedicated computer lab for filmmaking students only. You must use your RUID to swipe in. Appointments are not necessary.

FILMMAKING STUDIOS
CSB 326 & CSB 327 are both available to BFA students for film shoots when classes are not in session.
Reservations must be made at least two business-days in advance by filling out the RFC STUDIO REQUEST FORM

POST-PRODUCTION STUDIOS
Available to all Filmmaking BFA students by reservation only. To make a reservation, you must create a SKEDDA ACCOUNT
Access is granted via 4-digit lock-box codes which can be found on Skedda next the name of the studio.
FOLEY STUDIO - Pro Tools Studio workstation with caiibrated monitors, ADR/foley microphones, and a greenscreen.
VR STUDIO - Black box studio for rendering animation and testing VR work with Oculus Quest. Oculus should be reserved in advance from EQC.

POST-PRODUCTION SUITES
Access available to Juniors and Seniors only by SKEDDA reservation after filling out a RFC FACILITIES CONTRACT
You only need to do this once at the beginning of the year
COLOR CORRECTION SUITE - Optimized for DaVinci Resolve with iMac Pro, Calibrated OLED, color panels, 5.1 monitoring
SOUND MIX SUITE* - Optimized for Pro Tools Ultimate with surround sound and calibrated monitoring
*Available only to Advanced Sound students and/or students who have completed a room tutorial.
